We know how frustrating it can be when a product or service isn’t working as you aspect. Our team are always happy to assist you with support requests & technical customer support. We created BrandPacks to help you get the design results you want, and our rockstar customer support is built-in.
We respond to all support requests as quickly as possible – many of our customers are often surprised just how quickly we respond to emails. But with that said, please note that due to the fact we’re a small team, it may take us up to 24 hours to respond.
Blogging & Media Requests
Please note that we do not accept guests posts or link-exchanges. If you would like to feature one of our templates in a “round-up” or “listicle” style article, you are more than welcome to do so. However, we do ask that you credit us as the source, as that’s the nice thing to do 🙂
You can find detailed licensing information on our file licenses page. You do not need to contact support to ask us for permission to use our templates in commercial client work, as this is already allowed as part of our licensing policy.
