Whether you’re a designer, printing service or savvy DIY’er, the process of using our templates is simple.
All of our templates are built from the ground up to be easy to use. Our in-house design team ensure that each of our source files are neatly organised, with well-named layers & groups for fast and efficient editing.
We also include stock photos in all our templates completely free, saving you even more time and money. If you’d like to see exactly how our templates work before making a purchase, check out our range of freebies.
1. Find & Download a Template
Firstly, you’ll need to find a template that suits your design project.
We have thousands of existing templates in our library to choose from. You can search through these using one of the search boxes, scroll through the pages one-by-one, or navigate by category. Alternatively, you can also browse our Trending Templates page for inspiration of what’s hot right now.
Once you’ve chosen a template that is an ideal fit for your project, you’ll need to download it. As a member, you can download any of our 1,000+ templates for free. However, if you’re not yet part of our membership, you’ll need to purchase your desired template or select one of our freebies.
2. Edit The Template
Now you’ve selected a template and downloaded it to your computer, it’s time to customise it.
As each of our templates come in both PSD & Vector formats, to edit them, you’ll need to use either Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
If you’re not experienced using Photoshop or Illustrator, there’s no need to worry. As we’ve done most of the hard work for you by creating the design, oftentimes all that’s left is editing the text areas.
Note: Before editing the text areas, make sure you’ve installed the required free fonts listed in the Documentation folder of the template you’ve downloaded. All of the fonts we use are freely available to download and use, you simply need to install them.
3. Send Your Finished Design to Print
Did that seem rather quick? Well, that’s because it is! Once you’ve finished editing your downloaded template, simply save it as a JPEG or PDF and it’s ready to print.
We recommend sending your finished design to a local printing service and asking them to print using high-quality card stock. Alternatively, if you’d prefer to save on print costs, you can also print your design on a home office printer.
And that’s it! That’s how simple it is to use our templates here on BrandPacks. 🙂
