Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy is simple: If you are not satisfied with our product in the first 60 days, we will happily issue a refund. We cannot refund payments that are more than 60 days old.

Before requesting a refund:

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they may not be perfect for everyone all of the time.

We are a small team who work hard to produce useful templates for other graphic designers. Our goal is to deliver value to our members & customers, and we are always happy to help you use our products.

Before asking for a refund, please allow us to try and resolve any difficulties you are having with our templates by contacting us and opening a support ticket describing the problem.

We are not a big faceless company, we are real people and we understand that sometimes using complex tools like Photoshop & Illustrator can be difficult.

After we have tried to assist you, if you still feel that you must request a refund, we will be happy to do so.

Membership Refunds

We are happy to offer a 60-day refund policy for all our membership purchases. After the initial 60 days since the membership purchase has passed, we can only refund the most recent renewal payment if no downloads have been accessed.
