Templates & files
What file formats do your templates come in?
It varies by template — most come as layered Photoshop (PSD) and Illustrator (Ai) files, many include InDesign (INDD) versions, and a growing range works in Canva. Every template page lists exactly what's included under "Compatible with".
What software do I need?
Whatever the template is built for: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign for our Adobe formats, or just a free Canva account for Canva templates. Check the "Compatible with" line on any template page before downloading.
Are the templates print-ready?
Yes. Print templates are set up at real-world print dimensions with bleed, so you can send your finished artwork straight to the printer. We also make digital-first templates for social media, presentations and eBooks.
Are fonts included?
Our templates use free fonts, and download links for them are included with the files — so your design looks exactly like the preview.
Is the photography in the previews included?
No — photography in preview images is for demonstration only. Drop in your own photos when you customise the template.
Membership & billing
What does All Access include?
Everything. An active All Access membership unlocks every template in the library — plus all the new designs we publish every week — with no download limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel from your account page at any time. You keep a valid license for every template you downloaded while your membership was active.
Do plans renew automatically?
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment — no renewals, ever.

Licensing
Can I use templates for client work?
Absolutely — that's what they're for. Our Unlimited Use License covers commercial and client projects, with no per-use fees. Free templates are covered by Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. Full details on the licenses page.
What am I not allowed to do?
You can't resell or redistribute our source files, share raw unedited files with clients, or upload our work to stock marketplaces. The licenses page has the complete list.
I run a print shop — can I resell prints of your templates?
Printed, customised end-products are fine. If you want to offer our template designs to your own customers at scale, ask us about reseller licensing.

How do I re-download my files?
Log in and head to your account — your purchase history and downloads are all there.
How fast do you respond to support requests?
